Refunds and Exchanges
All online orders may be returned within 30 days of receipt as long as the item is unused for a full refund with the exception of special order items and lift chairs. All packaging must be returned with the product. Please contact us at 978-535-3893 if you require a refund for return information and authorization before sending back the product.
A full refund less any delivery charges is given for any item that is returned within 30 (thirty) days of the date of purchase, along with the receipt and all proper packaging.
Any purchase paid by cash will be issued a company check within 30 (thirty) days of the date of return.
Any item returned after 30 (thirty) days of the purchase date, will be given a store credit only.
Any furniture purchased (i.e. Lift Chairs, hospital beds, etc) are subject to a 30% restocking fee minus any delivery and/or pickup charge. All furniture must be returned to Norhthshore Home Medical Supply, in its original condition within 7 days of purchase or they are no longer eligible for a refund.
All Special Order Items are not eligible for return or refund. Special Order Items are defined to be any product not commonly stocked at our location.
Please note that we do not pay for return shipping and customer assumes all liability if product is damaged during return shipping.
