DELIVERIES:

Local Delivery

We deliver Monday through Saturday within the 495 belt. Day of delivery is determined by zip code. For deliveries that can be accommodated on your area’s specific delivery day, most items carry no additional charge. For deliveries on alternate days, a charge of $10.00/delivery applies for most items.*

Shipping Outside our Local Delivery Area

We offer delivery via UPS/Fedex/USPS all across the country.

For expedited shipping, please call and order by phone so we may quote you a price.

For damaged or broken orders, please contact us at 978-535-3893 to arrange a replacement.

Special Deliveries

Some medical supplies, such as hospital beds, lift chairs, and other heavy equipment, require special attention, including setup, product usage review, and 2 person delivery. These items may carry additional delivery charges.

RETURNS:

General

Any product normally stocked in-house, are returnable within 30 days of purchase, with receipt, and original packaging. 

Any special ordered item may have a restocking fee and/or are non- returnable.**

Compression Garments

All of our in store bought compression stockings are returnable for a full refund within 30 days. This must include the original packaging and the stockings must be NON-WORN otherwise there will be a restocking fee.

All special orders that are not stocked in the store are not refundable or returnable at the store location.

 

*Large items requiring 2 people may have additional delivery fees.

**Special order are items which are not stocked in house (restocking has a minimum fee of 35%)
